At Elements Wellness, we deeply value the trust you place in our wellness products. Our goal is to offer you a transparent, fair, and respectful refund and cancellation experience while upholding the integrity of our Ayurvedic formulations.

🔁 General Policy

Due to the personal nature of wellness, hygiene, and Ayurvedic products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once the product has been opened or used.

However, we do offer limited refunds or replacements in certain eligible scenarios mentioned below.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

1. Damaged, Leaked, or Defective Products

• If the product is received in a damaged, leaking, broken, or defective condition.

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We may ask for photos or videos of the issue for verification.

2. Wrong Product Delivered

• If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details.

3. Product Not Delivered

• If your order hasn’t been delivered within 15 working days (excluding unforeseen events or force majeure), you may raise a refund request.

Important:
Refunds will not be issued for reasons like:

• Change of mind after order dispatch

• Disliking the fragrance/taste/texture

• Delay due to courier company once shipped

• Incomplete/incorrect shipping address entered by customer

🚫 Non-Refundable Products

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

• Free samples, promotional gifts, or bonus items

• Items returned without prior communication or approval

• Products not purchased through our official website or authorized channels

📦 Return Process (Only if Approved)

If your refund or replacement is approved:

• You must ship the item back to us in unused, sealed, and original condition within 5 days.

• Returns must include the original invoice, packaging, and shipping label.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.

💸 Refund Timeline

• Once your return is received and verified, refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.

❌ Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.

• To cancel, email us at Suniltams@gmail.com with subject: “Cancel Order #[Your Order ID]”.

• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
